Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon, diced
  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbs. Tuscan seasoning, like McCormick
  • 1/2 cup low-fat ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup chopped radishes
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions

Preparation

Step 1

In skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon 4 min. or
until crisp, stirring often. Using slotted spoon, remove
bacon from skillet; drain. In food processor, puree cot-
tage cheese and seasoning 1 min. or until smooth. Stir
in ranch dressing, radishes, scallions and diced bacon.
Spoon mixture into serving bowl. Serve dip with veg-
etable sticks or potato chips, if desired.
