Ingredients

  • DRESSING:

  • 1

    cup mayonnaise

  • 1

    teaspoon white wine vinegar

  • ¼

    cup sugar

  • SALAD:

  • 1½ to 2

    pounds raw broccoli florets, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • ½

    cup golden raisins

  • ½

    cup dried cranberries

  • 1

    cup salted sunflower seeds

  • 1

    small red onion, finely chopped

  • 1

    fresh tangerine, peeled and sectioned or 1 can of mandarin oranges, drained

  • 8

    slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

FOR DRESSING: Mix ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Combine all salad ingredients and dress with chilled dressing right before serving.
