- 2-4 2-4 2-4 C. water
- 1 1 1 C. water
- 1-2 1-2 1-2 Tbsp. cornstarch, heaping
- salt & pepper
- garlic salt

Heat meat juice and about 2-4 cups of water to a boil.
In a measuring cup combine 1 cup water and cornstarch until dissolved.
When meat juice is boiling add cornstarch water, stirring constantly until thickened. Then add salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.
