Ingredients
- 8 Ounce ahi block, seasoned and flash seared, diced 1/2"
- 3 Tablespoon green onions, finely chopped
- 3 Tablespoon Maui onion, finely sliced
- 1 Tablespoon masago
- 1 Teaspoon shoyu
- 2 Tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 Dash sriracha
- 1 Teaspoon pickled ginger, finely chopped
- Each sesame oil to taste
- Each Hawaiian salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1.Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2.Adjust seasonings according to your taste.
3.Note: You can make the mayonnaise and sriracha as a side sauce instead of putting it in the poke if you want to have more control of how much mayonnaise you eat.
