CROCK-POT CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 envelope dry italian dressing mix
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • rice or noodles

Preparation

Step 1

In a crock-pot melt butter. Put in chicken til full. Pour italian dressing mix over chicken. Cook all day. About an hour or 2 before serving, add cream cheese, soup and sour cream. Stir. chicken will fall apart. Serve over rice or noodles.
