Ingredients
- 1/3 cup bottled steak sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup Scotch whiskey
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tea. granulated onion
Preparation
Step 1
In a small heavy-bottom sauce pan whisk the sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce the heat, and simmer over very low heat for 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
