Ingredients
- 7/8 cup flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/4 cup hot melted butter

Step 1
Mix flour and salt.
Make a well in the center and pour in milk and eggs.
Beat for 1 minute.
Pour some of the hot butter into the bottom of each muffin form (muffin tin).Add Yorkshire pudding mixture.
Bake at 450 degrees lowering the temperature gradually, even 5 minutes by 25 degrees for 20 minutes.
