Chipolte dipping sauce

Ingredients

• 2 Cups sour cream
• 1 Chipolte pepper
• 1 lime
• 2 Tablespoons fresh chives
• Pinch salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in food processor
Place in bowl and cover with plastic wrap, put in refrigerator until ready to serve
