Crumb-Topped Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs
- 2 Tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 Tablespoon fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 4 salmon fillets
- Butter-flavored spray

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients down to salmon. Pat salmon dry and place skin side down in baking dish coated with non-stick spray. Spritz salmon with butter spray and press crumb mixture onto them. Spray the crumbs with the butter spray. Bake for 15-20 minutes till fish flakes with a fork.
