Ingredients
- 1 lb of beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pkg of onion soup/beefy onion soup
- 8 oz sharp shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp of dry mustard and black pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
Preparation
Step 1
cook beef and onion, drain.
Add flour and slowly whisk in milk.
Whisk in spices and eggs.
Mix onion soup mix into beef mixture and add 1/2 the cheese.
Spray a 9" pie plate with cooking spray and add meat mixture. Top with remaining cheese and slowly add milk mixture.
Cook at 375 for 40 minutes. Let it rest 10 minutes before serving.
