Ingredients

  • 6 oz Turkey, Chicken or Beef - cooked and cubed
  • 1/2 Onion - chopped
  • 1 pkg frozen chopped Broccoli, partially thawed
  • 1 Tomato - finely chopped
  • 1 Stalk Celery - finely chopped
  • 1 Carrot - finely chopped
  • 2 Chicken or Beef Bouillon cubes -dissolved in 1/2 C. water
  • 1/4 tsp Sage
  • Dash garlic powder and pepper
  • 1 Cup Fresh Caulifower florets
  • 1 tsp fat free Cream Cheese
  • 1 TBSP non fat Milk
  • 2 TBSP Parmesan Cheese
  • Paprika - to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Put the first 10 ingredients into a Pyrex 1.5 quart casserole dish.
Mix and smooth mixture until top is flat. In a saucepan, boil cauliflower
until tender, drain liquid and mash. Add cream cheese, milk & cheese; mix
thoroughly. Spread mixture on top of casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.
Place in 375` oven for 30 minutes. (Do not cover dish; you want the top to brown) To further brown, place pie under broiler.
