Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk, chilled
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 cups Heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 1/2 shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the milk and sugar with a mixer on low speed until well combined. Add the extracts and heavy cream and blend well.
Pour into ice cream machine and run for 20-25 minutes. Add pistachios during the last five Minutes. Transfer to an air tight container and freeze.
