Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbs. chopped scallions
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1/8 tsp.hot pepper sauce
Preparation
Step 1
In food processor, puree diced avocado, sour cream,
milk, scallions and garlic 1 min. or until smooth. Stir in
1 Tbs. lime juice, 1/2 tsp. lime zest and hot pepper sauce.
Season with salt and black pepper. Spoon mixture into
serving bowl. Serve guacamole with carrot sticks or
tortilla chips, if desired.
