Marinade - Fajita Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 C. Vinegar
  • 1/4 C. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 C. Lime Juice
  • 1 T. Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 T. Salt
  • 1/2 T. Garlic
  • 2 Bay leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients up and add 1 Cup of cold water. Blend again.

Pour over beef or chicken with onions & peppers (or whatever veggies are being used in the fajitas). Let sit in the refrigerator overnight. Grill & enjoy.
