Eclair Dessert

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C. Butter
  • 1 1/2 C. Water
  • 1 1/2 C. Flour
  • 6 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 t. Vanilla
  • 2 lg. pkgs. Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 4 C. Milk
  • 8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • Chocolate Syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Eclair:
Melt butter in water; while hot, stir in flour, & stir in 6 beaten eggs & vanilla. (it will be stiff)

Spread onto greased cookie sheet. BAKE 400° for 20-25 minutes, this will bubble. Cool.

Topping:
Mix pudding, 2 cups milk & cream cheese. Beat and then add 2 more cups milk. Fold in cool whip. Spread on top of cooled eclair and drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
