Black Bean Taco Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup canned black beans
  • 1/3 avocado, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. green onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. salsa
  • 12 tortilla chips, crumbled

Step 1

Toss romaine, black beans, avocado, green onion and salsa in a bowl. Top with crumbled tortilla chips.
