Grilled Halibut with Cilantro Garlic Butter

Ingredients
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 4 (6 oz.) halibut fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice

Step 1
1. Preheat the grill for high heat. Squeeze the lime wedges over the fish fillets, then season them with the salt and pepper.
2. Grill the fish fillets for about 5 min on each side, until browned and the fish can be flaked with a fork. Remove to a warm serving plate.
3. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic; cook and stir just until fragrant, about 2 min. Stir in the butter, cilantro, and lime juice. Serve the fish with cilantro butter sauce.
