Buttertarts

  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup creamer (half & half cream)
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Cream the butter and sugar with an electric mixer.
Beat the eggs in, one at a time,and then add vanilla.
Stir in the cream.
Place a spoonful of raisins in each shell and then fill with filling mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Makes 12 x 4" tarts.
