Ingredients
- 1 (1 oz) package ranch dressing mix
- 3/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 1 t dried dill weed (or to your taste)
- 1/2 t garlic powder (or to your taste)
- 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
- salt to taste
- 3 boxes of crackers - I like to use Premium Minis - Saltines, Oyster Crackers or Plain goldfish, or any kind you like.
- Spicy Variation: Use 1 T (or less) of cayenne pepper instead of lemon pepper and dill weed.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 250°.
Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well.
Pour crackers onto a large turkey baking pan; coat crackers with dressing mixture.
Bake 15 minutes, stir and bake 15 more minutes.
Cool and store in an air tight container.
