Strawberry-Bacon Spinach Salad

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. -6 oz. - baby spinach
• 1 pint fresh strawberries,sliced
• 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
• 1 cup mayo
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

In salad bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, bacon, onion and walnuts. In small bowl combine mayo, sugar and vinegar. Serve with salad.
