  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 14 1/2 ounces tomatoes, diced, undrained
  • 15 or 16 ounces kidney beans, light, undrained
  • 1 package McCormick Mild Chili seasoning mix
  • cheddar cheese, shredded
  • onions, minced
  • sour cream
  • fritos

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.

Stir in tomatoes, kidney beans, and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil. Cover.

Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve with toppings.
