Ingredients

  • 1 15-oz can good quality tomato sauce
  • 1 6-oz can good quality tomato paste
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried ground oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried ground marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoon white wine vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Stir the tomato sauce and paste together in a medium-sized bowl until smooth. Add herbs and vinegar, and mix thoroughly.
