C butter, softened
(8 0z) package cream cheese, softened
Beat butter and cream cheese at med speed with mixer until creamy, grad add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating until combined. Combine flour and salt, grad add to butter mixture, beating a low speed just until blended after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Pour batter into greased and floured 10 “ tube or bundt pan. Bake at 300 for 1 hour and 40 min. or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 10-15 min. Remove from pan to wire rack and let cool 1 hour or until completely cool.
