Great with steaks or prime rib.
- 3 lbs mushrooms sliced lengthwise. (button or wild or a combination)
- 8 Tablespoons butter
- Seasoning salt
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup brandy
In a wide saute pan cook mushrooms in butter until brown. Sprinkle with seasoning salt. Add Worcestershire sauce and let simmer until it's almost all absorbed. Add brandy and simmer until tender.
