Brandied Mushrooms

  • 3 lbs mushrooms sliced lengthwise. (button or wild or a combination)
  • 8 Tablespoons butter
  • Seasoning salt
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup brandy



Step 1

In a wide saute pan cook mushrooms in butter until brown. Sprinkle with seasoning salt. Add Worcestershire sauce and let simmer until it's almost all absorbed. Add brandy and simmer until tender.
