Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 jar taco sauce
- 1 can rotel
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef down and drain. Add other ingredients and simmer.
Place meat in bottom of pan. Add layer of tortilla shells [trim to fit if needed]. Add shredded cheese, then add a can of cream of chicken soup mixed with a little water to make it easier to spread. Repeat layers and bake at 325 for 30 minutes. You can add a can of black beans and a can of Mexican corn if desired.
