Cream Cheese Wedding Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 stick of unsalted butter
• 1 (8oz) package cream cheese
• 2 lbs powdered sugar
• 2 tsp good vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, cream cheese and vanilla in a mixer. Slowly add powdered sugar to the mixer. Careful to put too much in at one time or else you'll be covered in a cloud of sugar. Mix until smooth and slightly shiny.
