Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground meat
- 1 10 3/4-oz. can tomato soup
- 1 16-oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 1 10 3/4-oz. can whole kernel corn
- 1 16-oz. can cut green beans
- 1 16-oz. can new potatoes
- 1 10 3/4-oz. can sliced carrots
- 1 8-oz. jar pearl onions
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
From ground meat into 4 patties about 1/2 inch thick. Place patties on a microwave safe plate and microwave on high (100 percent power) for about 3 minutes, or until done. Remove from oven and cut bite size pieces. Dump meat and remaining ingredients into a large stock pot include the canned vegetable liquid. Heat over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Serve with crackers or garlic toast.
