Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons grade B maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup strong hot coffee
- 1/2 cup coconut milk, heated
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together syrup, ginger, cinnamon, and vanilla in one 16 ounce, (or two 8 ounce) coffee mug(s).
Pour coffee and coconut milk into mug and stir to combined.
