Ingredients
- 24 extra-large shrimp. shelled and deveined
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and ground pepper
- 12 slices of prosciutto, halved lengthwise
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- Lime wedges, for serving
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Toss the shrimp with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Wrap each shrimp in prosciutto and put on baking sheet. Brush the shrimp with BBQ sauce. Roast for 5 minutes. Turn the shrimp over and brush with more sauce and roast for 5 minutes longer. Transfer to platter and sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Serve with lime wedges.
