Ingredients

  • 1

    package Ramen Noodles, broken up (chicken flavor)

  • 1

    cup sunflower seeds

  • 1

    bunch green onions (cup up in small pieces, including stems)

  • 1

    16 oz. package slaw mix (lettuce, red cabbage, & carrots)

  • Dressing:

  • 1/2

    cup sugar

  • 1/2

    cup oil (vegetable)

  • 1/3

    cup vinegar

  • Spice packet from Ramen noodles

Directions

Crush up noodles and mix with other salad ingredients. In a small saucepan, whisk together chicken flavor packet, oil, vinegar, & sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved. (I do it in the microwave.) Mix salad and dressing together and refrigerate at least 2 hours to soften noodles.
