Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 c fresh or frozen green peas
- 1 c fresh or frozen cut corn
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 roma tomatoes diced
- 1 c crumbled goat cheese.
- Dressing
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 T red wine vinegar
- 1 t fresh lemon juice
- 4 T fresh chopped parsely

Cobine all salad ingredients in a serving bowl. Whisk dressing ingredients and toss with salad
