Grilled Asparagus with Parmesan and Pine Nuts

  • 1 lb. asparagus
  • 2 T olive oil
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/3 c grataed cheese
  • 1/4 c pine nuts
  • 1/4 groun pepper
  • 1 Fresh lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Turn grill to medium high. Arrange asp. on grill and brush with olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle with salt, then cheese and pine nuts. Grill for 4 to 5 min. until cheese melts. Squeeze of lemon juice.
