Ingredients
- 6 TB olive oil
- 12 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 TB lemon zest
- 6 TB lemon juice
- 6 TB onion, chopped
- 2 tsp italian parsley, minced
- 2 tsp salt
- pepper
- 5 TB Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet over low heat. When it's hot, add garlic and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the rest (except cheese) and cook for about a minute. Toss over pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
