Star Spangled Cheesecake Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. low fat cream cheese at room temp.
  • 2 cups low fat whipped topping
  • 6 tbls. seedless raspberry preserves, melted
  • 2 c. fresh raspberries, blueberries and or sliced strawberries
  • 2 tbs. grated white chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

In bowl, with electric mixer on high speed, beat cream cheese 2 mins, or until smooth.

Add whipped topping. Beat 3 mins. or until light and fluffy.

Spoon cream cheese mixture into six serving glasses. Drizzle with preserves.

Top with fresh berries. Sprinkle with grated white chocolate.
