Maple Salmon

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 lb. salmon

Step 1
1. In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic , garlic salt and pepper.
2. Place the salmon in a shallow baking dish and coat with the maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 30 min, turning once.
3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
4. Bake the salmon for 20 min, or until the fish flakes easily with fork.
