Ingredients

  • 1 lb. gr. beef
  • 1 can tomato soup (10 3/4 oz)
  • 1/2 c salsa
  • 1/2 c water
  • 6 flour tortillas cut into 1"slices
  • 1/2 c shredded cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Cook beef, pour off fat. Stir in soup, water and tortillas, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 mins. Top with cheese.
