Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cashews, sunflower seeds, or a nut/seed of your choice
- 1 cup raisins or dried cranberries
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar and set aside (this is the dressing).
In a separate large bowl, combine the broccoli, raisins and cashews.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Toss together until well blended.
