Salmon Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 3 cans (14.75 oz.) pink salmon, drained
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups plain bread crumbs
  • 3 T. chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 hamburger buns

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and egg whites. Stir in all remaining burger ingredients. Form into 8 patties, cover and chill for about 1 hour. Preheat broiler to high and set a rack 5 inches from heat. Mist burgers with cooking spray. Broil until firm, about 3 minutes per side. Serve on buns.
