Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell
Preparation
Step 1
combine softened butter and sugar, creaming well. Add eggs and flour; beat until fluffy (about 2 minutes). Fold in buttermilk and nutmeg. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 for l hour or until set.
