Spaghetti Casserole for 100
- 10 cups milk
- 20 eggs
- 10 lbs spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 320 ounces spaghetti sauce (2 gallons or 32 cups)
- 20 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Meat, peppers, onions, and sliced pepperoni can be added, if desired.
Beat milk and eggs together; toss with cooked spaghetti. Mix at least half of the sauce with spaghetti. Spread mixture into greased pan, top with remaining sauce, cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese and other toppings, if desired. Return to oven for 20-30 minutes, uncovered.
