Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup and little more, semi-sweet
- chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325
In a large bowl, cream butter + brown sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Mix in the oats, walnuts, and chocolate chips. Drop by keeping spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes
