Christmas Egg Casserole

We like to do this with turkey italian sausage too. It has Red & Green, which of course makes it Christmas.

Ingredients
- 3 Egg Whites
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 c Milk
- 1 tb Garlic minced
- 1/3 c Onion chopped
- 1/2 c Roasted Red Bell Peppers
- from jar chopped
- Green onion chopped or Spinach
- Breakfast Sausage (spicy)
Preparation
Step 1
350*
Cook Sausage -set aside
Saute onion & garlic 3 min.
Mix egg whites thru milk
Add sausage, onion, garlic, pepper & green onion
Pour in sprayed baking dish
Cook 30 min. or until done
