Cornbread Dump

Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy Cornbread mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can drained whole kernel corn
  • 1 stick melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray a deep casserole dish with Pam
Mix all ingredients together in casserole dish
Bake for 1 hour until lightly brown on top and bread pulls away from the edges of the dish a little.

It will be very moist but will firm up a bit as it cools.
