Ingredients
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chili-garlic sauce
- 1 tea. sesame oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 1/4 lb. pork tenderloin, patted dry
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Combine hoisin sauce, chili-garlic sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
Brush pork all over with sauce. Place pork on grate, cover and grill, turning serveral times, until thermometer registers 150 degrees. (12-15 minutes total).
Transfer pork to a plate, tent with foil and allow to rest 5 minutes. Slice and serve warm, with rice and green vegetable.
