  • Pumpernickel cocktail bread
  • mustard
  • sauerkraut, drained and patted dry
  • pickle relish
  • shredded swiss

Preparation

Step 1

Spread bread with mustard.

Heap with sauerkraut and sprinkle with pickle relish and a small amount of shredded swiss.

Pop them under the broiler.
