Ingredients

  • 8 Tbs butter
  • 11/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 21/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 11/2 cups bittery-sweet chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Oven 350 dgrees
Butter a 9" square baking dish
In a saucepan, melt the butter. remove pan from heat, and add brown sugar. Set out for a while.
In large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir in eggs and vanilla, stir in flour. With a large metal spoon and stir in chocolate.
Transfer batter in a baking pan, spreading it evenly and smooth the top.
Bake for 30 mins until top is just set.
Cut the mixture, into four squares and again cut in four.
