Almond Balsamic Dip

Ingredients

  • For dip:
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. date paste
  • 1/4 cup raw almond butter
  • Miscellaneous:
  • romaine lettuce leaves
  • carrot sticks
  • cucumber sticks
  • red peppers, cut into strips
  • red cabbage, roughly chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine ingredients for dip in a small bowl and whisk together until combined.

2. Either serve dip with whole romaine lettuce leaves, or wrap vegetables in romaine leaves and serve as lettuce wraps with dip.


Note: This dip could also be served as a salad dressing. Simply add water until desired consistency.
