White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoon all purpose flour, divided
  • 12 oz pkg white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups macadamia nuts, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Blend together butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time; stir until just combined. Add baking soda, salt and vanilla; set aside. Place chocolate chips and nuts in a separate bowl; toss with 2 tablespoons flour. Gradually fold remaining flour into butter mixture; stir in chocolate chip mixture. Roll into one inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheets sprayed with non stick vegetable spray. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
