Ingredients
- 1 Flatout® Light Flatbread
- 1/3 cup canned tomato sauce
- 1/2 medium tomato, chopped
- 3 oz fat-free shredded mozzarella
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place Flatout directly on oven rack and cook until slightly crisp, about 7 minutes.
Remove from oven and evenly spread sauce over entire Flatbread.
Top with tomatoes and cheese, return to oven and cook until cheese is completely melted, about 7 minutes more.
Remove, cut into slices and enjoy!
Alternate Grilling Option: Top Flatout with sauce, tomatoes and cheese. Place Flatout directly on grill for 4 minutes at medium heat with lid closed. Remove, cut into slices and enjoy!
