Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Cook onion in butter over medium heat until transparent. Add beef and cook, stirring until beef is light brown. Add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup. Cook for five minutes. Add sour cream and simmer for 15 minutes longer. Serve over rice.
